Restaurant website cost in Mississauga

A straight answer on restaurant website pricing in Mississauga — what drives the cost, what you actually need, and what Letremor charges.

Sooner or later every restaurant owner in Mississauga asks the same question: "How much should a website cost for my restaurant?" The honest answer is it depends on what the site has to do — but "it depends" is not useful, so here is how the cost actually breaks down, what a restaurant in Port Credit, Streetsville or Cooksville really needs, and what we charge.

What a restaurant website has to do

Before talking money, be clear about the job. A restaurant site in Mississauga has three customers to serve, and they all arrive on a phone:

  • The person deciding where to eat tonight. They searched "restaurant near me" or a cuisine, saw three names on the map, and tapped yours. They want the menu, the hours, photos, and a way to book or order. They give you about ten seconds.
  • The returning regular. They want the reservation link, the phone number, and whether the patio is open. Nothing else.
  • Google. It wants a fast page, correct structured data, a menu it can read as text, and a Google Business Profile that matches the site exactly.

Everything that makes a site cost more or less comes down to how well it does these three things.

The pieces that drive the price

1. The menu

This is where most restaurant sites fail. A PDF menu uploaded to a page-builder is unreadable on a phone and invisible to Google. A real, text-based menu with sections, prices and dietary tags is more work to build but it is the single most valuable page on the site. Budget for it.

2. Reservations and ordering

If you take reservations, the site should connect to whatever you already use (OpenTable, Resy, a simple booking form) without forcing guests through a third-party landing page. If you do takeout, the ordering link should be one tap from anywhere. Integrations are usually a fixed amount of work each — the cost grows with how many systems you want connected.

3. Photography

Stock photos of food are obvious and they hurt you. Real photography of your dishes, your room and your people is what makes someone choose you over the place next door. Photography is quoted separately from the website because it depends on the shoot, but it is rarely the thing to cut.

4. Local SEO

A restaurant in Mississauga competes in a very local radius. The site needs restaurant schema, correct address and hours, a Google Business Profile with the right categories and photos, and a review flow that keeps the profile alive. This is part of the build, not an add-on.

5. Languages

Mississauga is multilingual. If a meaningful share of your guests read Portuguese, Polish, Punjabi or Mandarin, a translated version of the key pages can be worth more than any design flourish.

What it costs at Letremor

We publish our prices because guessing games waste everyone's time. For a restaurant in Mississauga the realistic options are:

  • Launch — $799 to $1,200 CAD. A one-page site: menu, hours, photos, map, reservation or ordering link, Google Business Profile setup and basic local SEO. Right for a café, a takeout counter or a single-location spot that mostly needs to be found.
  • Growth — $2,500 to $4,500 CAD. A multi-page site with a full text menu, an integrated booking or ordering system, advanced local SEO for Mississauga neighbourhoods, social profile setup and analytics. Right for a dining room that lives on reservations.
  • Scale — $6,000 to $12,000 CAD. A premium multi-page site with custom design and interactions, full SEO strategy, integrations with your POS or CRM, and performance work. Right for a group, a destination restaurant, or a brand with more than one location.

Ongoing maintenance, if you want it, is $250 to $400 per month and covers updates, monitoring and priority support — useful when menus and hours change every season.

What you should not pay for

  • A template that says "restaurant" in the name. You are paying for a layout thousands of other restaurants have.
  • Monthly platform fees that hold your site hostage. You should own the site and the domain outright.
  • "SEO packages" with no specifics. Ask exactly what will be done to the Google Business Profile and to the pages.
  • Animations that slow the menu down. Speed is the feature.

How to decide

Write down the three things your site must do for the guest on a phone. If that list is "find us, see the menu, book or order", a Launch or Growth site does the job and anything above it is vanity. If the list includes multiple locations, events, private dining, a loyalty program or ordering built into the site, you are in Scale territory and the price is justified by revenue the site actually handles.

One more honest note: a website alone does not fill a room. It removes the reasons someone would not come. The reviews, the food and the room do the rest.
